Onsite Desktop Technical Support Analyst Level II

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • Tech Support – Windows OS 7, 8.1, 10
  • Deployment and troubleshooting issues
  • Resolving technical issues with application software and operating systems Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and Office 365
  • Installation and troubleshooting issues
  • Data migrations and end-user education VPN Knowledge
  • Resolving issues with wireless and VPN connectivity MDM knowledge – BES10 or BES12
  • Administration of blackberry enterprise servers
  • SCCM administration – Deployment of Microsoft OSes and Microsoft software packages, deployment of service packs, security patches, asset collection, and management AD Knowledge, Group Policies
  • Active Directory administration – Creation of users, groups and group policies
  • Break-fix of laptops and desktop computers Microsoft Exchange knowledge
  • Troubleshoot Exchange Server integration with other vendor software packages. RDP, TeamViewer, Window Assist
  • Ability to use remote access and support tools Other Required Skills
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Time Management Skills.

 

 

This is a 3 month renewable assignment
